Johnny is so good-natured about it. Squats down and let’s the pup get a good sniff of his hands before scratching it behind the ears a few times.

I think it’d be funny if annabeth never had “the talk” since she ran away at a young age and never had a complete formal education (a lot of people have it in school in 8th grade… and guess who was kidnapped and forced to hold up the sky conveniently during that time) plus the added factor of Athena just thinking her into existence and just didn’t know until a comically old age.

however, i think it’s the exact opposite. she probably read everything that has ever been written about the female (and male) body when she was super young. she’d be the 8 year old who’s educating teenagers and using scientific language when informing people of every detailed process 🤣
